I appreciate this is all finger-in-the-air stuff but what do we think Z4MR prices will be like in 1 yr and 2 yrs time ? Say for an 06 car with reduced miles. How did the Z3M hold up until the Z4M was announced (as I suspect a new one will be, no matter what BMW say).

Debating whether I should keep the car or not, and this may influence my decision wink

I do not think they will dip too badly but they are a niche car that seem to be appreciated by petrolheads much in the same way as the breadvan. They have the unique feature of being the last of the line of the //M sixes.

All I can say is keep the car as it the THE //M I have lusted after since launch but the other half has ruled out cars with only 2 seats irked

Just my 2p.

Now is a good time to hang on in terms of depreciation as prices have gone up a lot since the start of the year. If I kept mine for another year and got over 18/19k for it I'd be happy.

Z4MRs + Cs are getting few and far between, finding good low milers is now hard to do even the AUC sites prices have lifted a little.
The BMW dealers are selling them for a few thou more than previously, i plan to keep mine for a long time so i appreciate them going up in price its also low miles, 10k on an 06.
Its a lot of car for £20k...............
