Tyres - Z4M (& E46 M3 i suppose!)

In need of some new rears, currently have the Contisport M3 in 255x40x18 which i assume are OEM and have been looking at Vredestien Ultra Sessanta in 255x40 and Eagle F1 Asymmetrics in 265x40 (as they dont do 255x40)....can anyone see any problems with either?
I've read about issues with changing front or rears to different brands (same brands on each axle), i have the Contisport M3 on the front with around 3mm above the wear marker left but cant decide whether to swap these and get 4 new tyres or just forget the Sessanta's/Assy's and get a rear set of Contisport M3's so all 4 match still...opinions please?!
