Inspection 1 intervals?

Hi all,

looking at a car with FBMWSH

However, its last was December 07 at 47,500(ish) and its now at 58,000

Last inspection 1 was 24.5k, does this means another is on the horizon?

If so, whats that likely to cost me at a dealer?
