Gave the M3 a good wash and polish this weekend. Stood back to admire my handywork and realised that some careless fecker has opened their door into it since it was cleaned a couple of weeks ago. So I'm left with an inch long ding in the passenger door that stands out like a sore thumb now she's all nice and shiny.

Anyone know whether it's possible to correct this sort of dent without a respray (the paintwork is unmarked)?

So long as the paint has not been damaged or the clearcoat cracked / scratched a decent dent removal company should be able to remove the 'ding'.

I put a nasty dent in my 330 before I got the M3.Slipped on ice and elbowed the wing. Dent Devils came along and did it whilst I was at a customers car park. Brilliant job you couldn,t tell it have ever been there. Does depend on the particular technician you get I suppose but wouldn,t hesiate using them again.
