Hey lads, anyone with an E60 have problem with car chugging when cold on part throttle?? Mine is like there is kangaroo juice in it when cold, seems to be getting worse.

Probaly just a sensor issue.

Sounds like you need to visit the dealer and get the diagnostics checked pronto.

Probably not related - but that's a common 'feature' of the e46 M3, not sure for other M's though....?

As a side point - I chug when I'm cold a bit too.

Compared to the E46, it's not an issue. I notice that when very cold it can struggle to get enough fuel through (just think how much it drinks!), but the problem goes away in less than a minute.

mine does it a bit too - but I find if I am a little less gentle with the throttle it seems to cure it.

cheers lads,

had her plugged in at main stealer today, and no faults. As you say it does go away after a min or so. Mite let her warm up for 30 sec before moving off to see if any better....
