Thought the M6 had active seats? Was this a cost option or not?

M5 only. The M6 makes do with seats based on the E46 M3. Not sure why BMW did this. It seems to me that they skimped.

Sure about that? The M6 Tiff test drove had active seats...

Yes. I'm sure. Did TIff drive an M6? I remember his M5 test in France, but not an M6 test.

M6 seats need to tilt for rear seat access, so maybe that is why they don't have it?

He compared M5 and M6 - he was talking about M6 and it shows the bolsters moving.. however... maybe they cut the film in such a way that it LOOKED like the M6 but was the M5 shot with M6 audio..

I'm going to have another look... :-)

I don't believe the active seats were an option on the M6.
