I need to replace the viscous fan coupling on my E36 M3 Evo.

3 options for where to source the part.

1. GSF do one for £39
2. GSF do one for £79
3. BMW do one for £140

I'm going to assume the £39 one is a POS and hence why so cheap.

What's the difference between the other two though? Anyone got any bad experience of either?

Initial thoughts are that the £79 version is the BQ (better quality) and therefore, OE spec part from GSF.
I can't gurantee it, and it would be an idea to ring them and find out, but if it was my money, it'd be going on that part.
Some parts are strictly BMW only, but not all, and GSF carry good stock of OEM parts.

The last viscous coupling I bought from GSF was made by Sachs who are a reputable German manufacturer.
