Time me for to ask for some tips!!

Had another great time in the M5 today (all of 30 minutes!), getting to grips with the SMG even more now but one change that seems to let me down each time so far is 2nd to 3rd.....

Any tips on this? Realise I'm not going to nail it just yet after only 1hrs driving but the 2nd to 3rd change is way out at the mo. in terms of smoothness compared to the rest of the changes...

Any tips appreciated from you long termers......

What setting do you have the gearbox on?

I find that i use setting 2 in 'manual' for normal driving and by ever so slightly lifting on the throttle as i pull the change lever i can get pretty smooth changes.

Am pretty okay with the 'normal' driving, it's just when I've got it in setting 5 with p500s and am 'gunning' it shall we say in 2nd to 3rd that I get the jerky movement...
