E46 M3 Seats getting tired - Has any one had them renewed

Hi all
My E46 M3 front seat seems to be worse for way after the last 7 years and 70K of driving.
The base cushion / support whatever it is seems to have lost its support, the right bolster seems to further back than the left, meaning your sitting position uncomfortable as your back twists slightly, and you can feel the metal on the side edge of the seat base (what ever that’ called) through the leather, and you know that after a few more miles its going to start rubbing though.
Has anyone replaced the sponges / or done any overhauls of the front seats, I’ve even contemplated swapping all the pads across form the passenger side, as its not be effected to the same degree as the drivers?
