CWP E46 M3 into E85 Z4MC; are they interchangeable?

I am looking to change the CWP in my Z4MC and have found a source in the States that can supply a 3.9 CWP that will fit the E46 M3 but are unable to tell me if the same parts can be fitted into the diff of my E86 Z4MC. Can anyone give me any information pertaining to this swap?

After a bit of rather irritating discourse with one of our allies across the pond, I came away knowing less than when I started , how did that happen?
Being the persistent type that I am the required information was eventually unearthed and yes, it would appear that the CWP is the same in both models and so is interchangeable.
I will now be ordering a 3.9 ratio CWP and a finned ali diff cover mmmmmmm.......can't wait.
