Z4MC wheel ET's; Does anyone know them?

I am looking at running my Compomotive MO's from my e36 track car on my Z4MC as I may get the chance to do Goodwood next weekend and the MO's have a set of Yokohama AO 48's that have only done 1 X track day and rather than spending out on a set of 19's I thought that I would use them up and also see what going down to an 18 with more track focused tyres and a slightly higher profile would be like. They are 8" X 18" 38 ET front and 9" X 18" 45 ET rear. I am trying to find out the correct ET as standard for the Z4MC so that I do not reduce the track more than necessary. I have been Googling to no avail, help me out please someone?

OEM fronts are ET42 and the rears are ET30. Your fronts will be fine the extra 4mm will help to dial out a little understeer. On the rear I`d run 20mm spacers, which will give the same extra 5mm in track.
