advert problems with my M3

Whats going on with Piston heads adverts, Ive tried putting my M3 on several times and contacting them is a night mare. It used to be easy and a great selling tool now I cant even get my car on.Keeps saying I cant upgrade and then my ad is on and its not. Is any other members having trouble.
