Carlisle specialist wanted for M3 pre-purchase inspection

Can anyone suggest any BMW specialists in Carlisle who can do an inspection on a car for me?
I’m looking to buy (part ex for a 911 acutally) a car with the following spec. Price is effectively 15k. Does the asking price look reasonable? I see huge variance in M3 prices of what are very similar cars.
