Time for a Z4M Coupe????
Discussion
I have 2 cars at present. One of which is a Porsche 993 and I am very keen to consolidate 2 cars into 1. I have been interested in the Z4M Coupe for a while now and now sure its only a matter of time. What I want to know is how these cars are on a daily basis. I only drive a 15 mile round trip to work so won't put many miles on it. However, coming from a car that has been depreciation proof I do expect to lose a bit here.
They have lost a big chunck of cash (£10k) within 12 - 18 months some with less than 10k miles on them too. How do we think the market will pan out in the next 2-3 years? Are there still any new cars left at dealers? I seem to remember BMW discounting £5k-£8k off them when new. I can't really understand this, surely these are one of the best looking BMW's ever made? The appeal to me is huge, however the market appears somewhat different.
Anyone any feedback?

prices have stablised since late last year, in october i bought a fully loaded car that was 3 months old and done 2100 miles from a main dealer for £31900... but it like this there is not alot forsale anywhere near that price and spec
its a car though and ultimately will loose fair wedge in depreciation.... unless they really make a mess of the new Z5

I was going to do that and then someone on here said that they had a spare one for sale and when I looked on PH's later the same day he had offered it to another after telling me that it was mine, ( no problem, st happens ), and I have since discovered that the existing valve can be drilled out and re-used so that is what I now intend to do

The only issue that I have with my Z4MC in day to day driving is the horrid CDV otherwise, there is nothing to touch it for the money.
agree with that, though if i get another the first thing i'm gonna do its order the replacement valve from the statesjezzaaa said:

I got rid of my 993 and bought a Z4MC... Whilst the 993 is lovely to look at the Z4MC provides massively more smiles per mile for all sorts of reasons... oh and I've had three people actually stop and say what a nice looking car it is (all guys tho my g/f thinks it's incredibly phallic).
