m3 e46 Brake pads for road / track use

Hi all,

Just brought an e46 m3 last week and am loving it so far. I want to do my second ever track day in a few weeks timeand I need to change my pads. I will be only doing approx 2-3 a year.

Has anyone any suggestions that work well??

I have heard people mention the red stuff and yellow stuff pads, are they anygood?
