0/60 0/100 times

just been out with a v/box on my m3....it did 0 to 60 in 5 secs dead and 0 to 100 in 12.2 (on private ground) its e46 smg. its really hard to get a good start it takes an age to pick up.found best way was to hold on brakes increase revs then let it go. did not try lanch control as have used it before and got to much wheel spin.any ideas on better way of getting away.am sure i could get times down a bit with better start .(i know times are about what bmw claim.)

How new are your tyres? Switching to something like PS2's will help grip but you will go through them pretty quickly.
RTAB's help stability and are a weak spot on your car. Have them inspected.
