Just cleaned my car for the first time since a bought it new in early Nov. Yes really! Ok, dealer gave it a quick rinse at first service in December. It was FILTHY as you can imagine. The muck was virtually welded on - I live down some really filthy lanes - and it took 1/2hour in a jet wash (just jet, no brush) and then a lot of very careful washing with sponge and soapy water. Any old how, the car now shines as if it had been Zymol treated, there isn't one solitary stone chip and the wheels are perfect. Salt had very slightly effected kidney grill but that's perfect again after a very quick wipe with a bit of polish. I'm impressed.

I know I should but I'm not really a car cleaning anorack.wink Given how dirty the car was I'll admit to being very sad and squeezing the sponge out in a seperate, rinse bucket before dipping it in the soap bucket again!
