Can anyone tell me when i should replace the front and rear discs ,what is the limit?

I think the disc thickness is the same as the CSL, in which case the minimums are 26.4 (f) and 18.4 (r)

For info - The minimum is actually stamped on the disc hub too. You may need to give it a clean before you can read it properly.
