E46 clutch

Just had a new clutch under warranty on the M3. Its still a little hard to get first and I can feel a slight crunch when it goes in third. Do they have any faults of this nature.

Might be your synchros mate. I would get it double checked by some one else.

That went through my mind, I wonder how warranty would look at that.
