I've been looking at my new M3 tires (with 19' rims), sizes 265/35/19 rear and 245/35/19 front do not even fill the rim, on my opinion leaving part of the wheels uncovered, they're also more exposed to damaged on rough tarmac.

Did anybody else noticed this iussue?

What width are the rims?

For info, the E39 M5 runs 8" fronts (245/40/18) and 9.5" rears (275/35/18) and even then the rims are quite vulnerable to kerbing (so far lucky, touch wood).

I dont know what width they're but visually you have half inch of rim front and rear without rubber at all...

8.5J front, 9.5J rear. I doubt the rims will take much wider rubber.
What tyres have you got - I have Michelin Pilot Sport Cup.

New cups not the same as the old classics fitted to CSL...

I had mine delivered with PS2s, but now all new ones are coming with the dumbed down cups.
