had a price to do oil service bmw at watford wanted £280 and bmw in tring wants £149 all in how can there be so much diffrence?

Neither dealership are worth using to be honest, bith have poor reputations. All BMW dealerships, even within the same group are run as separate businesses, therefore they set their own prices.

Prices should be between £130 and £220 depending upon what you drive and the age of your car.

Personally I would use a recognised specialist and there are loads of good ones around Herts / Bucks.
