Have 99 S50 ZM Coupe with 70,600 miles, love the car. However the usual 2 year itch has taken hold, am tempted to sell it and buy something 'faster'. Problem is I like n/a cars and anything faster is going to cost me another £15/£20k+. (M3 csl, LHD GT3, etc etc...)

So, I may spend (save) some money on mods, am thinking along the lines of:
-C/f airbox
-ecu remap/ unichip?
-exhaust
-H&R ARBs
-Suspension? Quite like the current ride, dont want anything harder.

Where would you spend your £4,000?

Well to be honest you would easily spend in the region of £4k if yuo fitted a carbon airbox and the associated new engine management.

Would be money well spent though evil

Personally I would speak to these guys... www.bmsport.com ask for Nigel or Jags 0208 304 9797

Why do I suggest them? Well so far as I am concerned (and i've tried lots of places over the years) they have some of if not the best experience on these engines and remapping them.

If I were you I'd get a crappy slow hire car for a few days. When you get back in the ZMC after that it'll feel like a rocket!

It's a cheap solution if nothing else biggrin
