My M3 has developed a few rattles in the first 2500 miles. What's the situation with these and the warranty, can I send it to a dealer to get sorted? (The supplying dealer is miles away so I want to send it to a local one.)

Yes - the local dealer will no doubt be happy to assist. If it's a new car then it is a no-brainer - get them to sort it out!

You should be able to send it to the local dealer and they should fix it, then claim the labour etc back off BMW warranty
