on the weekends i use my car quite hard compared to the pootling around during the week, but once the brakes are used in anger reguarly ( on those country roads ) the noise they make is rather alarming, its like a loud droning noise, but only once they get very warm, braking doesnt deteriate but the noise is abit worring, anybody got their brakes warm enough to experience this noise? im hoping to do my first trackday in this car soon and dont want dead brakes at the end of the day! i should imagine their a few thats tracked their ZMs so feedback on the brakes would be great please!!!

Mine do that too on my Evo. It goes away after a while. No idea why but would certainly be interested if anyone has an opinion!

I've not tracked mine but my brakes also make a thrumming noise when hot. I put it down to the vented disks.

Quite normal, on a Z4M because the discs are drilled. If you track your car, take a lap to cool down disks and pads and roll the car a foot forward after a few minutes, otherwise the disks are likely to warp as well. Trust me, I know.
