Rusty arches - is there a solution ?

After extensive searching ive been unable to track down any company that does a arch replacement kit, and seeing as its such a common fault on e36 bmw's you'd think some patent panel company would have picked up on this, after all you can still get panels for older mantas and kadets, plus all the old fast ford stuff.

Baring in mind bmw charge £260+Vat a 1/4 as they don’t sell the arch on its own, there must be some money to be made by someone, they all as poor sods with arch issues would be sorted.
