tv tuner

i have just realised that my tv tuner wont work when they only broadcast digital signals!!!!!
how can i convert my current 16:9 monitor to recieve digital broadcasts?

i have got an e46 m3 2003

i expect that there will be some sort of demand for this in the forthcoming months, i am pretty sure the new bmw's have digital tuners not analogue like mine but hopefully there is a CHEAP fix!!

any help appreciated
