E46 M3 Servicing

Hi all, can anyone tell if im right in thinking the service runs as follows??

1200 (running in check)
Oil Service
Insp 1
oil
Insp 2??

Thanks mate, thought so,this means iv just caught out a sneaky dealer telling me that a car i was looking at the next service was an oil service (car currently on 22k and has 6k till next service) and now i know different!

It should tell you on the dashboard computer when the service is next due and what type of service it is...

Turn key until lights come on and it will show up on dash

Thanks for the info, ive only spoke to the dealer over the phone as he is a good 120 ish miles away im having to take his word!!just want to get some info together to make sure its the right car and deal etc...

Get the reg number and/or chassis number and you can check it out with BMW customer services - they will tell you which dealers it's been thru and when, then contact the dealers direct and they'll tell you about the three new gearboxes and the new wings and bonnet
