I am having trouble finding a roll cage for a 1997 E36 M3 Evo Saloon, I am looking for a welded in cage preferably. If there are any major reason why this is not a good idea a bolt in would be fine, however I think a welded cage would be more secure. If anyone knows where I can at least get some prices I would be very grateful. I have tried Custom Cages but the website does not work very well.....

Thanks

Weld in is the way to go, and custom cages are the people for it, just give them a call smile

Custom cages, get them to fit it as well, very good cages indeed

Make sure you get a notched one!

Ive got a '96 Evo saloon and bought a custom cages 6 point jobbie and am having a hell of a job to find anyone to fit the darn thing cos it needs notching.

Some of the prices are ludicrous!

Any decent cage fitter should have a notcher and from experience if you are going to fit it yourself you are better off getting unprofiled ends, most of the profiled ends I have seen have not been that great a fit, which I why I suggested CC do it, seen there work and it's 1st class
