If price/quality is a concern, then Hayward & Scott, for around £550. See http://www.mtorque.co.uk/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php...

I'm pondering an Eisenmann Sport myself, which runs at €1600 installed.

I did alot of researching before I got the Tubi Rumore.

Since you only want the noise slightly louder - the normal version may suit you better.

These exhausts are extremely well made and sound great.

Here are some clips I made just after installing mine (along with SS headers and race cats):

I got it from Beastpower:

But you could also check on m5board for a used Tubi (got my SS stuff there rather cheap smile):

Forget the rest, get a Tubi Rumore, best sounding exhaust for the e39 M5 by far! Nice unintrusive deep burble at tickover, emiting into a full on Ferrari-esqe hoooooowwwl at full chat...not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Heres my old one:

Supersprint has always been the best allrounder for me. On the E36 M3 it sounded great, quiet normally but louder at the top end when you wanted it. That was ideal for me as I find loud exhausts emmbarasing.
