As per the title, does anyone know of a good independent in the Coventry area?

Preferably someone who can come out to inspect an M3 Evo I'm interested in.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, not quite coventry, but I use OSC Motorsport in Rugby (independent BMW specialist) and he is a proper BMW enthusiast. Always had great service.

Thorney Motorsport in Milton Keynes is also very good. I've had lots of work done there.

Cheers for the heads up.

They came out to the car at my work, carried out a very thorough 2 hour inspection, including test drive and under-car check at the nearest Kwik-fit and then sent me a full report.

Nice blokes too. Highly recommended.

Still a bit scratchchin

134k on the clock and needs a new clutch. And brake lines. And a few bushes. And a bonnet respray. And has a gearbox oil leak....

Up for 5.5k though and in generally very good condition.

As I say:

scratchchin

Don't know too much about the older evos - but would happily accompany you for a blast should you buy it given you live fairly close to me wink
