I bought a much cheaper version from a guy on Ebay in Holland. Can't find his details. I'll have a hunt around for you....

Hi well here goes you can get the old bush out by cutting a slit down the side and a hammer and knock it out Has for a tool to putting the new bush in go down to your local DIY and buy a threaded tube bolt with a nut each side i think these come in 2 foot lenghs then put two washers each side This will form a press to fit the new bush CHEAP AND EASY
Oh forgot you can prop the arm down with a piece of wood for ease of access Two big sockets each side would work to instead of washers and the threaded bolt has got to go through the centre of the bush so get the right size No more than a tenner thats a bit cheaper!!!

Have a look on e36coupe.com as the guys have done a DIY write up for this - without specialist tools I believe.
I started looking into it as at my last service i was told they needed changing however they wern't bad enough for an MOT failure so they're on the list to do at some point
