Changing the interior trim

Can you change the interior trim of the M3 coupe easily ? Or are there professionals who will do it ? oh and how much would it be ?

I have seen this:

But the interior wood trim is truly horrific can anything be done ?

There are hundreds to chose from - especially so, if you are going through a stealership. Why not get your friendly sales executive to source you one to your spec?
