95 M3 CONVERTIBLE

HI I am considering getting my 1st M3, a dealer is selling a former Cat C write off, VIC present, new MOT etc. FSH 40,000miles for £4,975.

Is that a reasonable price or am i walking into a hornets nest?

Also any tips on what to look for when buying one

5 grand for a M3 cab of that age is what you'd expect to pay. for a straight one

Don't even go near it, let alone discuss the price. There are hundreds of good ones out there. Even if the mileage is genuine and the repairs are sound, you will never sell it on again.
