E36 HEATER QUERY.

Hi everyone.

I have a 1994 E36 M3 cab and the heaters blow hot on feet and w/screen but not when moved to cabin.

Any ideas why not..........?

Any suggestions welomed.

Heat exchanger issue or a vent/switch problem???

Obvious question, but have you checked that the dial is turned to 'hot' for the cabin air?

Interesting, my '97 E36 M3 does the same, hot air on feet and screen but not into cabin. Thought it was just one of those design 'features'. Also, blowers are so weak i have to have them on full chat to actually do any demisting. Have been informed by a friend with a '95 M3 GT that his is exactly the same.
Strange stuff indeed.

Only E36s with dual climate blow hot air into the cabin via dash vents.
