I've just been enquiring about an Alpina and was offered the grand total of £450 off the price. The garage sounded a bit miffed when I said the car was too much. Looks like you got a cracking discount07 plate 2700 miles

Nope, still first in line for the 600/15 and still have the 400. Only decision is to keep the M400 and if I take one or both of the new models
Terribly impressed by the 430 though, depending on finances over the next year or so, and assuming I get the triple garage that I have planning permission for actually built, I might add a 430 permanently to the fleet.

Oh my god £30k for your car..... 2,700 miles 07 plate!
I bought mine from new in Jan...I am completely gutted to hear thats what they are going for now...dread to think what id get for mine...10k miles, roadster. paid £41k
Oh god.
Re MPG: mine is constantly on 22mpg thats motorway everyday to work, never better than that.
Did a test, 70mph for an hour solid down m42 (drove me nearly insane)...23mpg.
soooo wish i had never bought mine!...so impractical, knew i should have had the M3.

Slightly off topic. Terribly impressed by the 430 though, depending on finances over the next year or so, and assuming I get the triple garage that I have planning permission for actually built, I might add a 430 permanently to the fleet.

PM me if you are looking for a good builder. I know a great guy who built a cracking 2 level triple garage in Caterham, last year. He is based in Biggin Hill, so not too far from you. He is also really into cars.
Jason.

Was that in second gear? On a 220 mile round trip to Surrey today I got 29.1 that was averaging 80-90 with a few blasts in between.Did a test, 70mph for an hour solid down m42 (drove me nearly insane)...23mpg.
