TV upgrade to SAT NAV?

I have an M3 with built in TV option, can I upgrade to Sat Nav? there is the empty slot in the boot where Im told the sat nav unit sits?

Any advice appreciated.

Save money, buy a Garmin! The Sat Nav system is not actually very good, adds no value to your car and if it goes wrong is expensive to put right. Portable ones are so much better at getting you from A-B!

Thanks for that, I will have a look. Just wanted to avoid any wires etc from external units.

Agreed, but you only need one cable to power a portable sat-nav and with a good auto electrician the wire can be 'hidden' so that it sits behind the dashboard and only the USB plug plus 2 inches or less of cable is visible.
