Three dirty pipes and one sparkler!

I was popping something in the boot when I noticed that one of the exhaust pipes was as clean as a whistle.

I had cleaned the car thoroughly about four days prior to this picture being taken and I always clean the exhausts with a soft cloth. So is my exhaust only using 3 outlets? Or is one blocked?

p.s. performance doesn’t feel any different.
