E92 M3 running in

Has anyone got an M3 manual and can post up the running in guidance? Is there a rev/throttle position recommended limit for the first X km?

Why not ask the supplying dealer? 1st cars are not out until after official launch at the weekend ...

In this instance I doubt it as the car hasn't been officially launched and no one will have one!

Same type of engine as E60 M5; perhaps that will have some clues

Like the guy who moved from a 330 to an M3 and didn't think the running-in first service at 1200 miles was important...

Max Revs is at 5500 Revs for the 1st 1200 miles with a top constant speed to not exceed more that 105MPH.

1200 miles to 2000 miles max contant speed only for short periods.

I really thin the car will come alive after 5000 miles worth of a good thrashing!!!!
