upgrade to sat nav tv from standard stereo in m3?

Hi just wondered if anyone had any ideas how involved it would be to change standard stereo in 02 M3 to sat nav tv with poss dvd, also best tyres and tyres sizes for standard 19" wheels. Thanks

There is a very detailed sat nav forum on the excellent www.bm3w.co.uk website that discusses this (with photos too!) in great detail - log on there for more info!

I have the Continental ContiSportContact CT's on my E46 M3 - seem pretty good to me!
