Red E92 M3 spotted 09:20am this morning joining A3 southbound coming on at Ripley/Send.

No pics sorry, reg YA07KMY.

Don't think it had the black tape on it though. Strange?!?

Chaps from Autocar share the PH office and they have a red one in the carpark today

think the red one was headign to a video shoot ont eh sand at west wittering, had packed up by the time id got on the grapevine!

Well about 5 weeks ago I got a ride in one of the first uk cars. The car was being 'run in' for the UK press by a friend who works at BMW UK HQ. He had to put 1200 miles on it.... Tough job hey but someone has to do these things. It was only a 5 mile blast but hmmmm very impressive.

Somehow my old E30 M3 doesn't seem at all releted to the modern M's. Somehow the lack of racing pedigee to me means something is missing. Maybe thats another thread all together.

BMW UK have around 25 red ones that will all have 1000 miles+ put on them and then given out to dealers/press etc.. now that they are all back from press launch expect to see them floating around all over...all regs start with a Y#07###.

I had a short drive in one on Tuesday, only a couple of miles and very much liked it, the sound is pretty awesome as well.
