my shocks have packed up on the front of the M5, just wopndering what you guys think is best to do; go for standard again, or upgrade??

I like the standard set up,new shocks are always firmer than old so i would stick with original.
And possibly add the eibach ARB kit.

Hi, I would stay with M-Tech suspension. It may raise/ lower the ride height if you change springs and dampers.
M-Tech is better than most other aftermarket. My M-Tech suspension on my 540i was awesome, and just the right height.

Another vote for boggo. One of the main qualities of the car is the near perfect (for UK roads) damping.
