E30 M3 facts and figures?

Hi guys, I've just treated myself to a new toy, I've been looking for ages and finally found myself a superb E30 M3 in Henna red. The car is fantastic and it's hard to understand how a 20 year old car can handle so sharply, much better than all of the so called hot hatchs that are arround today.
I understand that there are approx 5000 european 200bhp cars were produced, I live in south Wales and can't remember the last time I saw one on the road. I am new to the M power scene and was wondering if any of you enthusiasts would know how many have been imported into the UK, and if so, how many of each colour were produced and imported. If there are any other interesting facts please let me know.
