hi, just wondering if any one could please give me some advice on cleaning the wheels as ive heard that some of the cleaners you can get damage the finish and makes them bubbly. i have the 19" double spoke alloys and dont want to ruin them. i usually use autoglym products, anyone with any advice would be much appreciated. thanks

Meguiars Hot Rims, their versa angle wheel brush is good too. Well recommended.

P21S Gel is non acidic and lifts brake dust etc from the wheels without corroding the protective coat. Once cleaned then wax your wheels with something like Swissvax Autobahn wheelwax or Poorboys wheel wax.

Hot water with some hyperwash in there and some elbow grease using a meguiars wheel brush.

The finish on the wheels is mediocre at best. The last thing I want to do is make it worse...

Hot rims is fine on factory finish wheels but be careful if they have ever been repaired, hot rims does contain acid, as i found out to my cost. Autoglym have a new non acidic wheel cleaner but its no better than using normal washing stuff.
