BMW Driver Training?

Has anyone done the BMW Driver Training day at the Nurburgring in the Z4MC?

If so, what was it like, how much track time, quality of tuition etc....also on the website I noticed that for full laps it appears that you have to follow a pace car - is there no opportunity for flying laps, if not does the pace car go at a reasonable pace or does it just potter round?

I quite like the idea of doing it as an introduction to the 'Ring in a car other than my own, to learn the course and make the inevitable mistakes without damaging my p&j.

I've done it in M3s. I wouldn't worry about following the "pace car" (your instructor). He WILL NOT slow you down! The instructors all know the ring very well and they do not mollycoddle you.

Thanks for the reply zod, was it worth the cash in your opinion? Its currently €950 I think?
