i have one at my house at the moment
Have you driven it? What are your thoughts?lots of grip. my previous car was a highly modified Z3M coupe so I know the sort of speed it carried in corners etc.
it really does pull and feels very quick(I now drive a 996tt and the M3 feel quick in comparison) Hopefully going out for a blat with both cars in the morning.
sounds superb, really does howwwwl high up the range.
seats are lovely as is the steering wheel.
It looks much more aggresive than in the pics, bonnet bulge is massive, arches properly flared etc.
wheels look nice in 19" and front calipers look a decent size even though they are only single piston?
stops really well but cant tell how good it will be continuosly ie on track.
nothing bad to say about it really and I thought I would be a die hard e46 M3 fan.

Last night on the A329 in Bracknell
Looking stunning in an burnt orange colour
Came hammering past me and sounded fantastic..
but they're crap, surely everyone knows that? Looking stunning in an burnt orange colour

Burnt orange. Interesting. The standard colours are dull. I can imagine that sort of colour looking very good.
The is also a red E92 M3 about, I saw it this afternoon going down Wokingham Road in Earley, heading Bracknell way approaching showcase cinema near the flooded roundabout. Not sure about the front bumper as it look like an M-sport, but knew what it was when I saw the side grills, and quad exhausts in the rear view mirrors. BMW badge was blacked out on the back with tape, but couldn't see much more as I was driving past it in the opposite direction. It it not a 57 plate, 07 I think but I might have been an 06, most likely 06. Need to borrow a mates supercharged e46 m3 to confuse them ;-)
Melbourne Red E92 M3 spotted in Surrey today.
The timing could not have been any worse!!! Hence why there are no pics.
Was driving home from the park near Brooklands, Surrey with the kiddies and the missus this afternoon on the way home through West Byfleet when I spotted it at a roundabout.
Took me a moment to realise what I had seen but the mouth and black tape over the badges gave it away!!!
Looked the same as the cars in all the press articles. Must admit it looked absolutely stunning (even though the red would not be my choice!).
Don't know if it was undergoiing UK testing, journalist or whether or not it was a dealer allocated unit/demonstrator etc (Barons, Vines and Coopers all have dealerships in the area) but I will be sure to ask when I talk to them next.
Right behind it was an 07 plate/reg Le Mans Blue E91 M Sport Touring like mine (not sure of the model) though I wasn't sure if they were together or a like minded individual following them!!!
Again sorry there were no pics, if I was on my own I would have tailed them for sure!
