I used zymol shampoo,
bucket with grit guard,
Pinnacle mist to aid drying
Pinnacle sourvan paste wax to finish off the shine. very easy to use and the shine is wetlooking with good reflectivity. Highly recommend to anyone who is a keen cleaner.

Time: 1 hour to wash the car properly, 15mins to dry and quick detail.
1 hour to wax.
best technique is to start by cleaning the wheels first, spend a good amount of time and use a brush and mitt to clean the alloys.
then hose or pressure down the bodywork with water until the whole surface is pretty wet.
use a spray gun to apply shampoo to the lower flanks of the car or use a snow foamer.
shampoo in a bucket should be very foamy. use 100% lambs wool mitt and make sure you dip the mitt several times before moving on to different areas of the paintwork.
start from the roof, go around the top sides, bonnent, bootlid then start on the lower parts like bumpers and sides. rinse off thourghly then use a microfiber cloth to dry the car while applying some quick detailing spray, the spray will aid drying and feed the wax thats been applied before.

Waxing the car:
allways wax one panel at a time. do not let the wax go hard or keep on too long. use a good microfiber or terry towel to wipe off excess.
and the rest is admire the finshed product.
Note: if your paintwork is not totally free of contaminets then either clay the whole car or use paint cleanser like zymol or pinnacle do.

Yep. B nice when its done!

only kidding... a while back I saw an e46 M3 come out of a sideroad on the A6 WELL sideways (ASC+T off i guess...!) in a cloud of smoke. Irresponsible, but attention grabbing!
