Just read a interesting fact that only 694 Evo Saloons were ever made in right hand drive, Is this true, and any one know the full production numbers. Will this make them a future classic. I have one and was thinking of upgarding to the e46, i keept my old e30 cab and wont sell that one, might just do the same with this one.

There were fewer than 300 UK non-Evo M3 saloons. Must admit I thought the Evo version was rarer - but that was based on cars available for sale - there were very few Evo's out & about when I was looking this time last year.

Well they aren't common..

You rarely see them advertised for sale in any great numbers.

But demand for them isn't all that high either. Hence the limited numbers that were produced in the first place.

Somewhere around 1700 Evo's were produced for the UK market, but there seems to be no production numbers for the saloon version. In Feb 1996 when the cars went on sale prices for the saloon were £ 36,550 excluding extras....
