1986 - FSH - 80k - looking good - What would you pay? I'm out of touch with what they cost but fancy one that's available.

If its in excellent order with good history and provenance a figure between £8-14k without more info impossible to be more specific

See this months issue of BMW Car magazine, theres an E28 M5 Feature

Great, thnks I'l have a look.

Do you think it's a reasonable aspiration for a daily driver for say a year, or am I dreaming?

How many of the 286 horses will still be pulling hard and of the 260 working days year, how many would I spend on the train?

Don't overpay for a daily driver. You will destroy its value with mileage.

Very reliable cars if serviced properly.

Huge smile factor - one of the best cars ever made.

Sacralige i'm afraid with only 187 RHD examples (just how many good ones are left? 50?? )

Far better to go with an E34
