Morning chaps.

I currently drive an Integra Type R, I have done for over 2 years now. Great, great car. Before the autumn I'll be looking for a change and I'd really like to opt for a rwd that is comfy, quick, has more than 4 cylinders, and is good for a blat down my favorite road. In my budget an E36 M3 fits very nicely indeed - I think it's something of a performance bargain at the moment.

I regularly carry musical equipment, mountain bikes etc so I need to know if the back seats will fold, or be un-boltable.

cheers.

folding rear seats is an option, some will, most won't! Option is called "through loading system"!!

Ours didn't.

I have an E36 coupe (a 318is though, not an M3) and I didn't ask for folding seats/through loading when I ordered it, but it still has this feature, so maybe it came as standard after a certain date. Could be worth trying to find out. I would imagine anything that was standard on a 318 would be on an M3.

I've never seen an E36 without folding rear seats.
