Best M5 settings?

Anyone got a view on what the best settings (diff, suspension, gearbox) are for a BMW M5 Touring (2007)?

I've a chance to try one at the weekend....

When ever I drive an E60 M5 I set the M button to the following settings:

P500 sport
Gearshift speed 5 (using 6 doesn't allow any form of traction control)
traction = M dynamic mode.

That's what mine is set to. Make sure the HUD is set to go to M Mode when you press the button too. That way you get the rev counter and shift lights in the HUD, with speed and gear display.

Thanks for that - couldn't find a recommendation anywhere until I tried Pistonheads.
